A newly energized Bane bounced forward, grabbing the ball before returning it to his trainer. <Well, I guess.> he said, sitting down and allowing the fire lizard on his lap, <I hope it gets easier. And I hope an Obedience Band is invented, for silly grass types.> He frowned in the direction of Kiz who was marking little lines into the dirt. Glancing down at the new pokemon, he buckled the ball to his belt and leaned back. He was getting tired of walking.

The Rock Pokemon grinned again, ~Isn't it always darkest right before it gets light?~ he stomped around, seeing as they were taking a break, ~Besides, if it was easy, then anybody could have a Pokemon.~ he said with a yawn.

Bane frowned. He had just gotten a potion, therefor he was full of energy. Crawling out of his trainer's lap, he turned and faced Dmitriy who watched with heavily lidded eyes. <I'm gonna go look around.> Bane said to his trainer, who shrugged. He didn't think he would be awake to stop his pokemon if he chose to run off by himself anyways. Bane looked excited, eyes switching focus to look at the ground type, <You wanna come?>

Walnut blinked, and then grinned anew. ~Sure thing.~ he said, striding over to the Fire-type. ~Gunna practice being independent?~ he asked, red eyes sparkling. Dmitriy was, in a sense, a rather laid back Trainer when it came to fighting. Probably not what Bane had been told to expect.

Dmitriy didn't hear anything that they were saying, because by the time the Cranidos had accepted the offer, the trainer was already passed out on the ground. The charmander glanced back at him, chuckling to himself before answering the ground pokemon. <Yeah, I guess. I like Dmitriy, don't get me wrong, but I've been itching for some sort of adventure lately.> He grinned at Walnut, <That's why you're out here too, right?>

~In some ways, yes.~ Walnut replied, smiling. ~In some ways, not at all. I left a comfortable life behind. But it's nice to not have to baby-sit Kiz anymore.~ he admitted, good kid, really, but...When they say Space Cadet, they aren't kidding.

<She seems...> Bane couldn't come up with a good word. He wanted to say "stupid" but assumed Walnut was slightly close to her, so he kept his mouth shut. <Erm.. she seems... nice. I don't see how Dmitriy is going to train her though>
Kiz was twirling again next to Dmitriy's head, giggling when he twitched away from one of her leaves that must have hit him.

~Eccentric?~ The dinosaur offered, raising a brow at the Charmander as though he could see the other's thoughts. ~Neither do I...~ he mumbled, trailing off in thought, ~Perhaps, if she could Evolve she would...Devolop, more.~

<That.. SOUNDS like it might work.> The Charmander said, now thinking about this, <Maybe. Does she evolve by leveling up? Or does she need an item? Do you know?>

Walnut looked up in thought, ~Sunlight, I know she needs that...I think there may have been something else, too, but...~ the dinosaur shrugged, ~I can't remember much, to be honest.~ it wasn't his job to know how she evolved, after all.

The charmander sighed. <Maybe a leaf stone? I don't understand much about all that.. stuff, not needing any kind of stone and not being a grass pokemon.>

~Oh, no.~ Walnut replied, shaking most of his body to emphasize it. ~No, I know she doesn't need that. Hehe, that would be too easy. Something Kiz isn't.~

<Of course... Too... easy...> The charmander stated, rolling his eyes, <God, I have no idea how he's going to get anywhere with just me. And maybe that sentret he has. If we don't know what it is we won't get a hold of it, now will we?>

~Perhaps it is not an object?~ the Cranidos replied, eyes sparkling, ~I'm normally good with items, I know once she managed to Evolve he could have a Roserade with a Shiny Stone. But, I do not remember how she evolves....Sunlight...And...What? What do normal plants need to live, when in a human abode?~

<Water and oxygen.> The charmander said as-a-matter-of-factly, looking proud of himself. <So.. erm.. what does that mean?>
