The bagon tried not to panic even though he wasn't sure how it would end. Mya waited for the timing to be right. Just as the bagons' feet would hit the ground she would tell him what to do. They were just about to the ground as Mya explained.
"Ok as soon as you feel your feet hit the ground I want you to bounce up and swing him down." The bagon waited until he felt the ground beneath and used his strength to toss the bird to the ground. And by bouncing he managed to not have a bad landing.

The strength in the Spearow had left him as the Bagon finally touched ground. His body was limp as the Rock Head Pokemon whipped his body to the ground. The Spearow had been baffled by the power this strange creature had. It was unheard of in the desert, and he was glad he didn't see these things often. Meals would be harder to find with "Bagons" running around and pulverizing everything in sight.
But these thoughts had been for earlier, for now the Spearow laid crumpled on the ground, eyes shut and flank barely rising and falling enough to be called breathing. He was obviously knocked hard from the Bagon's last attack.
The Ekans had tried not to look, not enjoying the Spearow's violent battling style. But now as it sounded things had died over, he turned his eyes to the unconcious bird. <Is it over?> he asked Mya quietly, tail giving a slight rattle.

With this being Mya's first battle she wasn't sure so she shrugged her shoulders and carefully walked toward the bird. She patted her bagon on the head and told him how great he was while making sure he was ok.
She walked to the bird and felt bad she had done that. But what else could she do? Felling guilty she didn't want to just leave him there. She went to her bag and pulled out some poke-food and placed it near the spearow. She then examined him and made sure he was ok.
She stepped away and went back to the bagon. He was exausted but was happy. He sat hard on the ground and had a bit to eat with some water Mya shared.
"Would you like some little ekans?" She handed some to him while she waited for an answer. She kept her eyes on the spearow though. She shouldn't have to worry much. I mean they did have a deal. But she couldn't be to sure cause some might try and fake it. She kept her distance for the ekans sake.

The Spearow’s head stirred, and the bird blinked open its little eyes. It clambered into a sitting position and push itself up, wiping sand out of its feathers with a sweep of his wing. It picked underneath for a second, trying to conceal his embarrassed look. It wasn’t beat in a long time. It finally looked back at Mya, bowing his head as well. <Me not fight good battle like that in long time. Me hungry, but me know when I lose battle.> The Spearow looked down at the food, not even realizing the dry pellets were for eating. But he saw the girl offer some to the Ekans (who ate it gleefully) and bent down to try some himself. It was not as good as the warm flesh of an Ekans, but food was food. The Spearow was grateful for anything he got. <Me not happy I lost food. Ekans was best catch in days. But I eat brownthingies, and they fill belly. Thank you.>
The Spearow lifted his wings and fell away. The Ekans stared as he took off, and even when he was out of distance the snake’s eyes didn’t move from the sky. He was back to his usual self, his cheerful disposition with a mix of watchful behavior. The Onix gave a lively chortle, very amused by the little show he had the honor of watching. <That was a good battle,> he said, admiring the Bagon’s bravery. <That Spearow looked tough, but I bet you weigh a ton compared to the little bird. To be honest, I don’t think you would’ve once if you weren’t made of steel.> The Onix gave another look at the Bagon and its human, staring thoughtfully. These creatures were entertaining, since he’d never seen anything like them before. <I’m guessing you’re not from the desert?>

Mya sank down to the ground in relief she didn't injure the spearow to bad. She probably couldn't pull a battle like that off again. She didn't have much to give for food but she didn't want the poor thing to starve either. So when the spearow got up and began to eat, Mya smiled and was happy it did so.
"I know it's not much but I didn't want to take your food and leave you. And I did win so I got the ekans. But taking your food wasn't my intention. Saving a friend was. So in return for saving my friend I wanted to give you some food. I know it's not the best but it's all I got at the time. So your welcome and anytime."
Mya, still smiling, waved as the bird took off. She looked back at the ekans and bagon. Patted them both on the head and turned to look at the onyx as it spoke.
"Thank you and no we're not. We'll the ekans is as far as I know. As for the bagon I just met him at the lab. I hope we didn't mess up any of your dirt piles."
Mya looked in hopes they weren't messed. If they were she would be willing to help put them back together. Maybe even learn a thing or too in the process.

Bagon earns one level.
The Onix thrusted its powerful head back and forth. <No, it's okay. I was just bored, that's all. Nothing much to do out here when you're all alone.> The Rock Snake turned his face away from Mya, keeping his expression concealed.
The Ekans didn't seem to be listening to the conversation at all, though. It looked deep in thought, concocting something up in his mind. <Hey!> it blurted out of nowhere, lifting its head. <Why didn't the Spearow cross the road?>

The bagon felt good after resting a bit. He must have gained a level or something cause he was feeling pretty good. He danced around a bit and realized that everyone was watching. He sat down quietly as if he never did that.
Mya sighed at the sight of the lonely onyx as the ekans spoke.
"Umm, because the spearow was afraid of the bagon?" Mya wasn't sure of this. It seemed like a joke made right off the spot. She wasn't sure and giggled a bit. Saddly she watched the onyx and listened to the ekans. However she was in a small daze trying to think. She heard everything but didn't realize it til she snapped back.

The snake looked thoughtful as he offered her answer. <Hmm, maybe so. Maybe the Bagon was on the other side and he didn’t want to cross.> He paused and laughed to himself. <I was gonna say Spearows could fly and didn’t have to bother with the road, but I think I like yours better!> He opened his jaws in a delighted grin.
The Onix silently shuffled sand onto his messed up dune, falling back into his bored habits. He gave the trainer and the Ekans a strange glance, wondering why the purple creature was so amused by a bad joke, and continued to his little project with a confused frown.

Mya shook her head in hopes to empty all her thoughts out. But it didn't work like she had planned.
"But yours does make more sense." Mya's head was full of idea's. She loved listening to jokes, she felt bad for the onyx, and so many others things. All the thoughts were just were just flowing through her head like a volcano erupting. Her butt flopped on the ground as she sat in thought. Once more she shook her head. The bagon was lost, he couldn't figure out what her problem was and why she was acting so odd. He tapped her side and she looked. "Sorry about that. I'll give you little ekans and onyx an idea and the rest is up to you. You could both stay here together and not be lonely. And you could help protect each other. Or if you'd like you can both come with me on my journey. Though I'm not sure what's ahead I wouldn't mind company." The bagon got all excited. He knew she had the spheal from the contest thing. But it wasn't all that friendly. He hoped they would come along and they could all be great friends. However this is where they live so it would take them from there home. He was taken from his home just a little after hatching. So he never knew what it was really like in the wilderness and only knew the lab. That is until Mya picked him to go with her. Mya and the bagon sat in silence while they waited for the reply form the both of them. Mya wanted to make sure they had time to think about it before they make there complete decision. Something fell from the sky and Mya grabbed it. But she decided to read it when the timing would be more proper. Again she smiled and looked on.

The Onix craned his neck towards Mya, caught off guard by her question. " Huh.. You mean, join you?" Of, course, he knew what she was asking. What he didn't understand was why. " But.. that doesn't make sense.." The Rock Snake was cut off by the Ekans' exuberant cries of joy. " Oh, trainer lady! This is good neeeews! I was gonna sneak in your bag and live there, but this is much better! And less awkward. Of course I'll come with you!" The snake's grin reappeared on his face as he rattled his tail. Name; {TC} Gender; Male Level; 4 Personality; A very odd creature, this Ekans is. His attitude is sporadic, but his actions are predictable; he has based his life around telling jokes. Even with his life on stake, he would regret dying if he never told the "perfect joke". That joke, he believes, would make his closest pals eternally happy. He is friendly and jubilant, even though his constant skygazing may make him seem unapproachable. Moveset; Leer | Wrap | Poison Sting Ability; Shed Skin- Has a 1/3 chance for status to return to normal every turn. The Onix gaped the Ekan's submittance. Sure, he himself was lonely, but to join a human? To desert folks, it was practically a sin. The most badmouth Pokemon in the barren landscape where the ones who joined trainers to battle. But.. He was rather lonely.. And, the Onix knew, another chance to meet good friends was unlikely. He stared at the girl as he thought quietly, then he spoke again, his stammering reflecting his doubtfullness. " Uh.. I'll try it out. I-I mean, just for a bit, and I don't want to stay in those.. orb things. Just let me follow you. And show me what it means to be part of this 'journey' with you."

the bagon would have seemed to fly out of his skin as the ekans showed it's excitement. He stood in silence for a few the ran to Mya. Hiding and peeking from behind Mya, he couldn't believe the excitement he saw.
Mya patted the bagon on the head and giggled. She took a pokeball out for the ekans and offered it to him as though to ask if he wanted to be in it. Then her attentioned turned to the onyx.
"That would be fine. Personally I feel bad for those who are in the little ball thing. For instance this here bagon doesn't like them neither so I keep him out. My shpeal and rattata bother enjoy them so it's there choice to stay there." The bagon jumped on her shoulders and smiled at Mya while she smiled back. "Not just that but i also feel if you don't want to be in a ball you don't have to. You should have that choice. That's just my opinion. So if you would like to just tag along that would be fine by me. Maybe along the way we could find a friend of some sort for you." Mya was trying to sound as though she wouldn't mind the Onyx finding a friend and taking off. It was the way life was for these wild pokemon. Yet she was enjoying the time with each of them she met. Even the evil, hungry spearow she had fought earlier. However she couldn't have them all. She smiled while she was lost in thought. Snapping out of thought, she hugged the little bagon. "My little Rex." The bagon smiled at hearing a name for himself and snuggled into Mya. ((OOC: I may be off my game a bit. No mouse=use only keyboard= annoying. ))

((Once I give you the pokemon’s info, it’s yours to roleplay. :3 So that means you can roleplay the ekans now. And it's okay. I've totally been off my game, so now we're even. xD))
The Onyx didn’t say much, other than “Okay,” and “Lead the way,”, but the way his eyes were wide open with a playful gleam revealed how excited he was. The things Mya was offering, the Onyx decided, was worth a little trip through the desert. What else did he have to do, anyway?
Soon they came across a group of two sandshrews running in circles and swiping their claws at each each other. Their armor deflected the hits, though, and instead of growl they were laughing and squealing in their premature voices. “Graaah!” one of them growled mockingly, speeding up in his chase. He looked a bit thicker than the one in front, more muscle on him. The other was more lean and dainty, and when it giggled it was obvious it was a female. “Eeeee! No, don’t eat me!” she squealed, but she stopped immediately because, from the shadow that had suddenly fallen over them, she had looked up and noticed the towering Onyx approaching. The male caught on slower and proceeded to tackle his sister; she cried out more serious this time and pushed him away, and it was then when the boy sandshrew saw the Onyx as well.
They didn’t even shake in fear; they were too awestruck by the sublime beast in front of them to react. Their sky blue gazes were glued to him, and the snake started to feel uncomfortable. But, he didn’t do anything in fears of spooking them and instead waited for Mya to do something- she was closer to their size, anyway.

The ekans, on Mya's head, shivered as he thought about how the spearow was. The bagon on Mya's shoulder giggled at the sight of the sandshrews. Mya, trying to stay balanced, carefully walked up to the sandshrews as she still wanted distance between them.
"Hello there. We're just passing through don't mind us." Mya spoke and finished. Then the ekans got the courage up to speak as well. "Hello, would you like to hear a joke? Would ya? Would ya?The ekans became all excited and bounced on Mya's head. Mya poked him gently and he stopped to giggle. The bagon shook his head and laughed as well. Mya thought maybe her height was intimidating the sandshrew so she sat down on the ground. The bagon jumped down and sat in her lap while the ekans stayed where he was. Mya spoke: "Do you two mind if we pass by? Maybe even watch you two for a little bit?"Mya was petting the bagon as everything was going on. And she hoped to help get the attention off the onyx for it seemed a bit uneasy. ((Thanks for understanding. And perfect timing. I just got a new mouse for the computer hehe))

The Sandshrews only stared for a while, mouth gaping and eyes wide. Finally, the lean female swallowed and her expression changed to one more curious than scared. <Woooow, that sure is big..> Her brother replied behind her. <Yup.> The girl seemed to over her shock now, because she rolled her eyes at her kin and walked foward with the most confident walk she could summon up. She stumbled a bit and her face looked stricken with shock and fear, but she put a wobbly smile on and ended up just looking nervous. <Hummm.. Hello>. she blinked and glanced up at the Onyx. <Lovely desert day, isn't it, haha..> She seemed to squirm in her own skin. Her brother was a bit different from her. He inserted himself into the conversation by shouting, <Hey, what creature are you!> but practically forgetting what he had just said after the Ekans' offer. <Hey, yeah! That'd be awesome!> His tail began to wag without him noticing.

The ekans became wildly excited as he heard that someone wanted to hear a joke. As he did so the bagon hid behind Mya unsure what the ekans was doing. When realizing it was excitement the bagon came ack forward and sat on Mya's lap. The ekans spoke,"What color is burp?"
Mya chuckled and turned to answer the sandshrew's question about the Onyx. "Oh he's called and onyx." She then pointed to the onyx and smiled. The bagon snuggled into her arm and the ekans was jumping all over. Mya sitting quietly with a big smile on her face.
She was loving her adventure. It's what she wanted. All the new friends and experiences. What was next for her and what was she in for? She sat in though with all the commotion that was going on.
