Imogene stifled a squeal at the sight of all the bugs. The feeling of bug legs tickling her and the wind floating past wasn't pleasant and it made her shiver uncontrollably, but as they passed through her, she relaxed and broke into a bit of a jog, running through it to where she could see Kallan. K followed her, his eyes shut as well as one of his little paws clung to the ribbon streaming from Imogene's socks. When she got to the end, she hit the wall and stopped abruptly, not noticing it until, well, she ran into it. K bumped into her from behind too, and she fumbled along the wall for a door handle. They didn't have any time to waste, and she knew Kallan would just float through, anyways.

The troupe reemerged into the clock room, and Kallan- who had been bracing to face the Banette- was surprised to see the room cleaned out once again. Quiet, still and full of night. Even if he were lurking in a shadow, suprising other wasn’t exactly Chester’s style. He liked escalating tension.. Although the peaceful room was making Kallan worry for the horrors he planned of later on.
Kallan turned and looked somewhat menacingly at Imogene. “All right, girl, he hissed quietly. “I’m going to call for this Abra fellow, but if this happens to be all made up, our truce-this little get-together we’ve been having- is over. I don’t cope with liars who weigh me down.”
Vincent, although he bubbled up inside of the nerve of his friend, kept silent and gave Kallan dagger eyes if he looked over. He was so disgusted he didn’t even want to argue with him.
Kallan held his place for a moment before turning to the grandfather clock, taking a deep breath and announcing, “Alright. Whoever is in this clock, if someone is there, please make yourself known. We’re friendly and in no association with Chester.”
Silence rung out for a while. Kallan’s eyes shifted around the room rather nervously.
Finally, a tiny, raspy voice came from the chest of the wooden antique. <Hi. I’m choking in here.>
