Black is words Purple is thoughts
Name: Tally Renard, pleased to make your acquaintance~ Why on earth would I tell you my real name? Do I even know you?
Age: Twenty one~ ...In four more years.
Apperance: Okay, this is gonna sound really strange. But, I have ears. Not just human ears, but Umbreon ears. And, well, skin color. Also my eyes are... pretty red. Wow, way to make things weird. I also have Umbreon markings, if you were wondering. You know, in case you missed the circle on my forehead.
I like to wear sturdy leather clothes from my dad's shop. He makes leather, and things like saddles and boots and harnesses and stuff. When he taught me how to use some of the equipment, I practiced by making myself something first. Now I have the boots, the belt the top. The material might seem weird, but what else is good for rough housing?
I also have bracelets. They're gold, so you may be wondering how someone like me managed to obtain something like that. Heirlooms. That's all you need to know.
Species: Umbreon... Human? Thing?
Personality: I wasn't raised to hold back. Meaning, I'm adventurous, to say the least. I don't mind getting my hands wet, my feet dirty, you get the jist. Also meaning I'll likely steal your stuff while you're sleeping, but that's no way to make friends, now is it? I do enjoy seeing new things and travelling, as well as meeting new Pokemon and people. Friends are a key aspect to improving oneself and living a happy life~Unless of course they're annoying as hell and I have to hide their clothes while they're bathing for kicks.
I have a sense of humor most people enjoy. They say I am easy to get along with except in arguments, which I understand. I mean, not everyone will agree with me. Meaning, I understand they need to get over themselves and stop whining. No one likes that naggy friend. Other than that, people often see me as trustworthy and someone worth sharing their experiences with. Sometimes, a little too much.
I tell everyone the truth, which often times results in hurting them. I don't even know why I said that sentence at all, now that I think about it. Good thing you don't know me well enough to call bullshit. I am very sensitive about how people feel, and care about them all very much. To me, trust is very important, and I work hard to earn it amongst the various people I meet. Riiiight.
History: I was raised in Fighting City. Emphasis on the City. Unlike Peace Village, Tarro Town, Marble Village, growing up in the city can be hard. There's a much more extreme food chain in the city. The rich is richer, the poor is poorer. You know what I mean.
Needless to say, I was near the bottom of that scale. My family worked hard just to get me through the third grade, and after a while I realized it was just easier to quit. It wasn't like education did much good when even the rich, well-mannered folk were struggling to find work. I worked hard in my family's little shop for a long time, and eventually we started getting somewhere. Of course, the occasional pockets I picked helped with a thing or two, but I like to think of it as like... modern day Robin Hood. It was really a new experience for my household.
Being a girl in today's world, especially in a rough place like Fighting City, I had to learn how to defend myself. Also there was the one or two times when the mugging went a little wayward. I took courses under a man who introduced me to Pokemon training. I'd seen people with companions, usually a Timburr to carry things here, a Ponyta to transport someone there. Never had I thought people used them to battle.
It took me a long time to convince my parents to let me give it a shot. Ha, when I first told my parents, they found it barbaric. It was easier on all of us if I left at this point, because housing me and my new little brother was becoming... expensive, to say the least. Eventually, they let me go.
