Suteki shivered against the wind that had picked up, coming through the festive town like a soft breath. He hadn't really figured out why he'd come here, why not just stop in a different town, he'd passed a couple at least, but something had told him to keep going and so here he was. Blue bag in hand, he'd removed it only to pull the white jacket on over his purple tee. Shrugging he eyed the odd structure in front of him, the sign outside of it was just a little too cheerful in greeting for his cautious mind. Brushing off the feeling of unease however he hefted the bag, dusting the bottom off before he threw it onlto his back again, patting the side of a black pant lwg to rid his hand of the newly accumulated dust. "Well..I guess it can't be too bad, the sign does say Come In.." And with a heavy sigh he made his way across the distance between him and the lab, swallowing nervously when he approached the entrance. "H-hello?" He asked, raising a hand to knock on the door, once more forcing down his hesitiation, he'd waited long enough for this day afterall, right?

A commotion was heard from inside the building before the door was yanked open. From the entrance, a small girl looked up at him, eyes wide and mouth open slightly as if in awe of something. A boy pushed her out of the way roughly, standing in her previous spot and grinning at the visitor. "Nevermind my cousin." he piped up, waving his hand in her direction as if shooing a fly, "She thinks she's old enough for this job, but it's not true!" "Shut up, Danny!" She snapped, getting back up and pushing him out of the way, "I'm plenty old enough." "Six is not old enough." 'You're six!" "No, I'm six and a half." The girl opened her mouth to complain, but was interrupted as a man entered the room, looking at the two of them with an exausted expression. "Neither of you two are old enough." He said, ending their argument, "And based on how you two act you will never be old enough. We will discuss this later, go back to the library, please" They both looked like they were going to argue, but after seeing his stern expression they quickly left in the direction he had come.
"Sorry about that." he said, cheerfully now that the two had left, "Babysitting for the day in a pokemon lab, never a good idea. What are you here for? Oh, and please come in, it's chilly out there."

The youth nodded, looking back over his shoulder with a nervous gaze, soon making his way into the lab, feeling slightly calmed by the fact there were children here. "Heh, they remind me..of back home, there used to be small kids coming through my old school..." He raised a hand to scratch the back of his head, messing his short hair slightly "I'm here for my Poke'mon, I don't know why but I felt I should come here...I think it was the description of this town. The one in the guide" He nodded over his shoulder absently to his bag where said guide lay "My name is Nashi, Suteki...you are?" His words were meak, but not shakey.

"Well.." The man looked around quickly, before lowering his voice to a very soft whisper. "I am the normal one here. Be thankful you didn't get Nadean."
He looked around sharply before clearing his throat. "Well! I'm sure you know how it goes!" He said, grinning, "Pick a pokemon type. Any pokemon type at all, and I'll type it into this machine" He guestured to a machine in the corner of the main room. "And out will come four pokeballs. I will show you three of them, and you choose. If none of them interest you, I will release and show you the fourth. Regardless of how you like it, you keep it. You understand I'm sure. We don't have time for picky trainers to go through the whole lot."

Suteki nodded, rather interested in this man's actions, before sighing, "Well...I like Ghost type...and Water type...but mother always said fire or dark were good ones to pick so.." He closed his eyes and then smiled up at the man after reopening them a moment later "I'll go with fire, I can always catch another type later, right?" He brushed a hand through his hair, before letting both arms stay at his side. He shifted his weight slightly to accomodate for his bag more, the books inside thunking lazily against his back.

The man smiled at him, nodding at his choice and turning away from the newcomer to type the four letter word. As soon as he stopped typing and had hit enter, a large Moltres crossed the screen, turning the space as it passed into ashes. once the ashes littered the bottom of the screen, a message came across the front that said, "Loaded!" And four pokeballs fell to their proper spots. He didn't take any time to begin releasing the first three pokemon, not even looking behind at what they were as he tossed them back.
The first pokemon appeared in a flash of red. The fire horse whinnied and shook himself before glancing around the room. He made a big moment to stretch and get comfortable before actually aknowledging the other creatures' existance. This aknowledgement being nothing more than a nod in both of their directions before he began grooming himself. After the Ponyta, a Magby formed in front of the trainer. She stared at him nervously, not sure what to do. While she watched him closely, she reached back behind herself and grabbed her tail, bring it before her and playing with it nervously. The last pokemon to be released was a Slugma. The creature didn't seem to notice anything at all. Or, maybe it was just too deep into its own thoughts to really care about anyone else. She coulda just been philosophical, but for now she just seemed ignorant.
Now the man was turned around, holding the lone pokeball that the trainer wasn't allowed to see, and waiting for the decision.

Suteki blinked, looking over each poke'mon, he could relate to the nervous Magby more than the other two but it wasn't quite what he was looking for. Pausing in thought he crossed his arms casually over his chest, back shifting from the movement, thrumming his fingers while he worked the choices over in his mind. The Ponyta seemed rather vain, that reminded him of one of his two friends which was strangely comforting, and the slugma seemed slightly aloof. "I think..." He regarded each pokemon, soon stepping forward, reaching a shaking hand toward the ponyta, "I...want to know what is in the fourth poke'ball" He withdrew his trembling fingers, knowing his own nervousness could possibly effect each poke'mon there.

He smiled as he released the last pokemon. This is what he woulda done if it was his choice. The last pokemon was a Chimchar. The monkey was laughing as he exited his pokeball, jumping up and down twice before waving brightly at the trainer. He turned around instantly to send another greeting at his releaser.
The man smiled. calling back the other pokemon. "I think this one's much more suitable for a new pokemon trainer." he said, nodding, "Not like it's any of my business, I suppose." When all of the pokemon were gathered back into their pokeballs, he pointed to a corner filled with packs in all different colors. "Pick one of those, it contains five pokeballs, two potions, a revive, and a cell phone with your number preregistered. Check it and add other trainer's numbers as you meet to meet up again." With that said, he held the empty pokeball before him, not collecting the new fire type. It was the trainer's choice to do so, of course.
Name; You Choose Level; 5 Gender; Male Moveset; Scratch; Leer Personality; Often hyper, this pokemon loves to socialize and get attention. He is often quite overbearing to be around, as his friendly nature can become quite annoying. Ability; Blaze - When health is low, fire power is increased.

The boy blinked, his hesitation somewhat eased by the Chimchar's friendliness, he swallowed down the last bit of nervousness that had bgun to swell again, offering his hand out once more. This time to his new partner "I think I agree with you...he is a good choice for a beginner, thank-you...ah..one more thing before I grab a pack and leave." His gaze lifted slightly to the man "Which way is best to go from here?...where is the nearest gym?"

"Hm.." He thought about this, "Well, it depends. The lab in Tarro Town is by far the closest, but it seems hard to get enough training to stand a chance if you go up there from the start. Sandwind is quite a bit away, but there are many different choices of paths, to obtain different pokemon. It is really your choice. If you want to go to Tarro, you'll need to cross the bridge. Go the other way to get to Sandwind." He grinned before adding, "I hope that helps."

"It does, thank-you..." He bowed his head shyly, looking at the Chimchar "I think..I'll leave him out for now...I'll call him Sano..also. That was my father's name" He laughed softly, as though afraid to, moving toward the packs now he grabbed one that was a deep blue in color "So..Tarro is across the bridge? I think I'll check it out...I can always come back through if I want..right?"

((^^ You can roleplay your pokemon now. I wasn't sure if you knew or not. Once the stats are posted they're yours.))
Once again he nodded. "Or you could take the Charizard Airlines. I hear they're popping up in all the cities now. Either way, I wish you luck, I am glad you enjoy your pokemon. Sano is a good name, as well." He looked pleased that the trainer had bothered to ask his opinion on anything. Most trainers just left without a word.

(yeah ^^ I knew I just had to think on how to do it, heh)
Sano looked up at his new trainer, smiling wide. "Chim~char!" He sing-songed, gaining Suteki's attention again.
The boy laughed, shifting the bag he already carried so that he could keep it on one shoulder, and his pack on his back. "Thank-you again, sir, I'll be heading out then..." With a bow he moved toward the door, glancing back before stepping out, Sano at his side.
