The cave was silent after the duo had finished, as the Vulpix tried to think of a reply again. Finally, she spoke up again with, <I don't much like nurses, and I hear trainers tell you stuff like that so they can put you in their round capture devices. They sound.. scary. Another reason I don't go out looking for trouble, you know?> It was obvious that when she started talking, it was hard for her to stop until she completely spoke her mind, <I mean, you look nice, but that doesn't mean much in the realm of trainers, now does it? You guys just wanna catch us and trade and fight us. Not only that but them fixing up my eyes with.. com..pacs.. doesn't seem safe to me.> She seemed satisfied with this answer, nodding once.

Kamari smiled. It seemed that she had the impression that he would capture her against her will. Well, it was true that he felt that this Vulpix would make a good addition to his team, being a Fire type, but he wasn't about to force anyone to do something they didn't want to do. "Don't worry, Vulpix. I won't catch or fight or give you contacts against your will. And I would certainly never trade Pokémon unless the Pokémon really wanted a different trainer." he said. Atrupi nodded. That sounded pretty much like what he would do. The Suicune 'morph flicked a lock of purple hair behind his shoulder, looking around to see if anything else had advanced on them. "I think I'll stay in here for a bit, Vulpix; until the sandstorm blows over, at least. Do you know if there's another exit?" he asked her. An escort would be good, since he'd already demonstrated his terrible sense of direction.

She stared at him. Something about him made her want to believe his story and believe he was being honest, but at the same time she had listened to a lot of stories of pokemon being taken against their will by nice-looking humans. Though she didn't seem the harm in helping him out. <I don't really know where an exit is besides the one you made, but I can make sure you don't get lost through the tunnels.> She offered, hoping that's close to what they wanted.

Kamari grinned. "That would be great. And hey, if we take a while to find an exit, then at least we won't get lost and we'll have company." he said, checking that Atrupi and Vulpix were OK to follow him before striding into the dark tunnels. The Absol beside him smiled. Ah, the dark. Dark types like her loved it. Her dark purple and navy fur wasn't standing on end as the hair on the back of her trainer's neck were. She wondered calmly what sort of Pokémon lived down here, besides Vulpix.

She nodded, looking cheerful in the gloomy tunnels. She turned her back to the trainer and pokemon slowly, still feeling a little timid, but once she was fully turned, she started forward at a moderatly quick pace.
She passed a tunnel, slowing down a little to listen to a bit of crashing and yells that seemed to be coming from it. She stopped all the way to wait for the trainer, ignoring another yell that seemed to echo from far ahead. <There are a lot of strange pokemon down here.> She said when he came close enough, <If you want to investigate any of them, let me know. I've heard how curious trainers can be.>

Kamari followed the abnormally white Vulpix as she lead the way through the various tunnels of the underground place. Atrupi padded happily beside him, pleased to be in the dark rather than in the blazing sun. The Absol tossed her mane, looking about at things of interest and sniffing the air, smelling the scents of the Pokémon which must live down here, many of which she did not recognise.
As Vulpix spoke, Kamari nodded, peering down the tunnel and squinting into the darkness. He couldn't quite make out what was down there other than the cries and crashes. Strange Pokémon? Sounds interesting. She was completely right about the curious part, although Kamari did in fact have another reason for wanting to investigate. "That yelling sounds like a fight. Someone could be in trouble... I think I'll investigate, like you said." he smiled, starting to walk cautiously down the tunnel from which the yells had come.
