A neon green, very small, irritated looking creature stood at the secret door that led out of the treehouse. She was looking down out of the treehouse, out of the tree, and down the ladder to keep watch. She wanted to pull the ladder into the treehouse so it was impossible to get to. Being a baby pokemon, she failed, obviously, so she needed to keep watch. Dozing against the tree was Dmitriy's other pokemon. A Typhlosion. The pokemon rested against the bark of the tree with his head, laying on his back with his paws in the air and an oh-so-permanent smile on his face. It seemed like he was always happy, even when he slept.
The treehouse was shoved in the center of a very large oak tree, and connected to two other houses by a mini bridge. There was no ladder to get to the other ones though, so Neon didn't feel the need to guard them. Inside the main house, a small wood table with a deck of cards sat, untouched by her one person party. There was also a good amount of windows, and in the beam of the light from one, a pile of beanbag chairs. The pile looked comfortable to her, but since her only other companion had failed keeping watch, she had to do it herself. Whenever she called to him he simply ignored her, and she ran out of rocks to throw. She was alone in this mission.

<Well well well...> Two eyes looked up at the treehouse, landing on the Chimchar in the treehouse curiously. <A greedy little thing hogging the treehouse...>
Sitting in the trees was Josetsu, his green-tipped tail flicking back and forth, though right now it had stains of blue after being crushed into some berries purposefully to make an interesting turquoise mix. It was his favourite colour, after all. His gaze lowered to stop and land on the Typhlosion. There were rocks lying around it...did that Chimchar knock it out? Nah...no way. Well, may as well play it casual, then... So, pretending he hadn't even noticed Neon, he walked over calmly, and put his paws on the ladder, beginning to climb up. His eyes flicked to look upwards from underneath the hat-like thing on his head, wondering what the Chimchar would do now that he was "trespassing".

The large fire type stirred as he realized someone had come near his fort. Well, Neon's fort, but he was supposed to keep watch. He glanced at the Smeargle and chuckled. <I wouldn't be doing that if I was you.> He stated in his low, growly voice, <She's evil.> At these words, he rolled over a bit so he could watch the scene unfold. Unless, the other pokemon took his words of wisdom, that is.
The baby pokemon obviously figured her guard was threatening the pokemon, and he would leave before he could climb up enough for her to have to take care of. Maybe the Typhlosion wasn't as useless as she thought.

He glanced sideways as the Typhlosion rolled over, and listened to the pokemon momentarily before looking back up. At least the large fire type hadn't attacked him. Of course, that wouldn't have been so bad. Or...well, yeah. Maybe it would have been so bad. He wasn't exactly sure. Still, he glanced up as the Typhlosion talked about the Chimchar. That thing, evil? It's no good underestimating her...Oh well. Guess I'll just have to see for myself... <That's alright,> Jotetsu replied, starting to climb up again. He was going to say something after, but for some reason his brilliant mind couldn't come up with a something sharp and witty to say fast enough for it to seem normal. So he kept quiet, his tail painting the side of the ladder as he went up. Green was so much nicer than brown anyways.

The Chimchar looked bewildered. <Kio? KIO?! WHY DIDN'T YOU STOP HIM?> She shouted, voice shrill with rage as she stomped her little feet on the hard wood of the fort. The Fire type looked genuinely bewildered himself, shaking his head and raising his arms, <I TRIED.> He shouted up, <He was too strong for me.> The Chimchar wasn't stupid. She knew the fire type didn't even try, and she would get back at him after this stupid intruder. With one large leap she lunged at the Smeargle's head, mouth open. Bite wasn't one of her attacks but she sure as heck could make one painful.

Jotetsu looked up in surprise, not expecting the Chimchar to get so hot-headed about it. Then again, she was a chimchar, after all...maybe he was asking for it. With a bored look, he looked back at the Typhlosion, before swinging around the rope ladder to the other side of it, climbing up on the opposite side, his tail still painting. He could tell the lunge hadn't even been a real attack on behalf of the Chimchar; he wasn't able to copy it, even if he wanted to. At least he'd managed to dodge. For a second, he didn't think he'd be able to. Quick thinking only lasted so long, though, so he continued climbing, not worrying about how the Chimchar would land after jumping at him with a bite attack. This had become a sort of a game to him, so he continued climbing, almost at the top.

The Chimchar latched onto part of the ladder easily, climbing back up with expert speed. She was a monkey, after all. And before long she had caught up to the intruding pokemon, She scaled the ladder along with him for a brief second before shoving her little fist in between two steps, where she hoped to smack his face.
The Typhlosion had rushed to the bottom of the ladder, expecting to catch the falling fire type, and now looked relieved that she had not fallen. Even though he found her to be quite annoying, he didn't want her hurt.

Jotetsu blinked, being hit in the face with the fist of the Chimchar. He let out a bit of a groan, shaking his head. <That wasn't very nice.> he said, his voice muffled from his cheek, which had swollen a bit now. His paint-covered tail, however, had found itself behind the Chimchar, and now, from overtop of her head, attempted to paint over her eyes. It wouldn't hurt her eyes in any way, though, if anyone had paint in their eyes, it might be a bit hard to see.

The little pokemon tried to dodge the paint-filled tail. Failing, she ended up with one huge splotch of it over her face. She shook her head, wiping her little green hands over her eyes and trying to rid her face of the turquise. She climbed until she found him again, poking her hands through the ladder, this time aiming for his tail. When she felt like she had it, she would grip tightly and yank down, hoping to unlatch him from the ladder and send him back to the ground.
