Name; Leah
Age; Sixteen
Gender; Female
Species; Skitty Pokemorph
Apperance; Leah looks a lot younger than she is, sometimes passing off to other people as being twelve or thirteen years old. She hasn't quite hit puberty, so her body is the same as a twelve or thirteen year old, even though she is sixteen. Her hair is strawberry red and unkept, and sometimes it's hard to distinguish her hair from her skitty ears that protrude from her head. Her eyes are amber, and very wide. The clothes she chooses most are in the pink spectrum of color, and, though sometimes the outfits vary, she is always wearing that trademark color. She only has shorts, some denim and some in pink colors, but they are always shorts. She also has a skitty tail keychain she clips onto her shorts.
Personality; Leah's main problem is her bipolar disorder. She started getting the symptoms of it shortly after her sister Kala left their home when she was twelve. She quickly goes from happy and excited to sad and depressed. Somtimes without warning, but most of the time it happens for a reason, no matter how simple of one. She talks to herself to help cheer her up when she's lonely, often giving off the impression that she is crazy. She isn't. She is actually quite brilliant and fierce, but, though the disorder is getting better, it brings her down from what she could possibly be.
History; Leah was spoiled as a child, but it didn't really do much to her personality. Actually, she seemed a little embarrassed about it. When her friends came over and saw she had two rooms, not including her bathroom, filled with stuff, she usually reddened in the cheeks. Her parents both adored her and her older sister, though they always treated Leah with a bit of a babyish favor. Her sister was jealous, yes, but that didn't lead to many problems between the two.
Leah and Kala, her sister, both stuck close to each other through any hard times at school, work, or at home. They were a tight bond, and seemed almost inseparable. Only when Kala left home to become a pokemon trainer did Leah even consider a life without her.
Shortly after her sister left, Leah started going through 'withdraws' where she locked herself in her room and cried. This was normal, the doctors told her parents, not taking notice of it. Only when she started getting violent and lashing out in these moments did anyone really start to worry. After an attempt suicide off the balcony of their house, Leah was sent to mental care. She went to therapy, and look the medication they gave her. She followed all the rules, and managed to get out by the age 16.
Now they don't talk, but Leah has gotten over it. It was painful at first to lose such a wonderful guide and friend, but instead of moping about it, she decided to follow, and maybe one day she would see her sister again on her journey as a pokemon trainer. And, though she is no longer in therapy, she tries her best to remember the things that she was taught to help her get better.
