"Yo! Hello! Welcome to the Union Tower's Fourth Floor! This is where the battles are. And where the legends start! I'm the Floor Manager here; please approach me with all questions. Read below for rules, and how to set up your own Battle Room and Challenge."
...
"Oh! I'm Shuu, by the way. Floor Manager. Me, for the questions. Alright? Shoo, now. Read!"
This is where Trainer's will gather and test their might against one another. All one must do is find someone to battle, and a judge (to make sure there is no cheating at our shiny new tower!).
There are several Battle Rooms ( Five, at the current moment) - but they are all the same. There is a score board on the far wall, with twelve video slots that will display current / active / chosen Pokemon with a small screen next to their picture showing their health; Red for Faint, Green for Healthy, Yellow for Injured and Grey for Status Condition.
The battle field itself is a large rectangle shape, and it is the Gym-size regulation. The field is split into two halves, with smaller rectangles on the far ends for Trainers to stand within.
( Much like this image, except - the stands aren't quite that large... and, it's not floating in the middle of no where. And there are no floating platforms ).

The Leader Board is the place where the six trainers with the most wins will be placed. If two trainers have the same amount of wins, they will be listed in alphabetical order, according to first name. If you lose a battle, you lose a win. Please, if you wish to keep a record of your own wins and losses, make a thread in your Trainer Profile.
In order to challenge another Player to a battle, you must create a thread. If it is a direct challenge; PM the player you wish to challenge and create a thread titled: "-Your Player Name- Vs -Challengers Name-"
They may Refuse.
If they do, or if you do not have a person in mind for a Challenge, simply make an 'open'. Write "Your Player Name; Open Challenge!" - And when someone responds; please edit it to whomever you are challenging.

[ - Rules? - ]
There are no specific rules besides the norm. There is to be no cheating at all within the Tower. If you are caught cheating, prepare to have your picture stamped on the Wall of Shame and be barred entry from all floors.
Otherwise, the Rules are up to the one creating the challenge. There are plenty of Clauses you can bring into effect, and we will list a few here:
~ Species Clause ( Only allowing one species of a Pokemon per Team, ie; No two Raichus on a Team )
~ Item Clause ( Barring use of all Items )
~ Hax Clause ( Barring use of Items that rely on luck to activate, such as Quick Claw and the like )
~ OHKO Clause ( Barring the use of OHKO moves such as Fissure and Sheer Cold )
And so on. There are many clauses. Use what you wish, or... Use none and go crazy!
~ Also! There are stands! If you have friends, or if your bored and missed the Challenge, you may have your character watch the battle. It could be a good chance to meet a new friend, or swap strategies after the battle. Plus it's always nice to congratulate the winner.
